A multi-day healing retreat designed for women who are ready to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience meaningful personal transformation.

Held at Peaceful River or select retreat locations, this immersive experience combines meditation, Reiki healing, creative exploration, nature, and supportive group connection in an environment designed for deep restoration.

Reiki and Sound Healing Session

A private one-on-one session designed to restore energetic balance and calm the nervous system.

Through Reiki energy healing combined with crystal bowl sound therapy, participants enter a deeply relaxed state that allows tension to release and emotional clarity to return.

This experience offers a gentle but powerful reset for both body and mind.

Sacred Reiki Infused Cacao Ceremony

Cacao, Sound Bath, and Heart-Centered Reflection

This sacred Cacao ceremony is a guided group experience that encourages emotional openness, connection, and reflection though the use of Cacao infused with the healing elements of Reiki.

Participants share ceremonial cacao in a supportive environment and are guided through meditation, sound healing, and group reflection.

The experience creates a gentle space for insight, connection, and renewed perspective.

In person at Peaceful River or off-site events.
